Caleb had been bored out of his skull, his ankle monitor was off but they were trusting him not to leave the state without Adrian or written permission and he wasn't going to mess with that. Having his freedom was the most important thing to him and everything he could possible want was in New York, his brother and sister, his therapist and partner both lived there, and of course they had plenty of decent bars. While he was eager to try out some new ones he was drinking at a local favorite, Murray's Pub. It was much like the vibe of Cheers and he was Norm. However, it was rare that people greeted him, frankly, he scared most people. He rarely spoke more than ordering his drink. Also sometimes when he moved his jacket to the side they could see the gun he kept tucked into the waistband of his pants. Most liked to assume he had a job where he needed a gun, mostly because they didn't want to ask him since he usually looked kind of angry when he came it.
So Caleb had been there for a bit staring straight forward and nursing his second beer of the night, it was still early and he didn't like getting plastered unless he was in the comfort of his home. He never really noticed when anyone came it however, this one was a female and he shot her a quick look which she seemed to catch then asked him a question with a smile. He had been going back to staring at his reflection and be lost in his thoughts. He froze mid sip and turned back to her and raised and eyebrow. Was she really talking to him. He noticed the wide eyed look of the bartender but chose to ignore it. Setting his beer down he turned to meet her eyes. He tipped his bottle slightly,
"Well I usually get the weissbier, but for you I'd suggest a pale lager or if you're feeling daring a pilsner uquell." With that he brought the bottle up to his lips and took another sip.
