Mal was hardly an audience, if an audience consisted of one person with a curious eyebrow raise. She hadn't seen William in quite some time, not that they had been friends of any sort, but the island was small. Everyone knew each other. Will was especially recognizable, what with the whole ordeal with his brother. But that was many years ago. As much as Mal tried to keep track of where most of the people from FI got to, she was slightly surprised to find William here with two boys who had a strong resemblance to him.
"Afternoon," she said.
Her presence there at the park was a rare one. She was only around when she needed to think or get away from the concrete jungle of the Big Apple. When she caught sight of Will and his kids, she couldn't help but stop and stare. She slowly approached them, her eyes trained on the older of the boys with the kite. "I don't believe I've been introduced."
