Molly could feel all of the eyes of the on lookers, and now there were even more people there who were making more noise as well. She tried to focus on Noah's voice as he told her everything would be alright. Her attention on Noah's voice didn't last long though, because he was up and moving around again. By now, Molly was completely lucid and could feel the pain ripping through her body. Her screams echoed as he moved her towards the paramedics, even though Noah was trying to be gentle with her.
More tears flooded Molly's cheeks and tears mixed with the blood. Despite being on the stretcher, it didn't make the pain lessen. Molly's breathing quickened as she looked around and saw so many people she didn't know. The woman with red hair was cutting open her shirt, another man was strapping an oxygen mask to her face, and even more people were running around hanging bags and busying themselves. And yet Molly didn't know any of them. With her right hand, Molly's hand quickly jutted out through the side of the stretcher and grabbed onto Noah's hand with as much strength as she could muster up. She didn't even know his name but he was only one who she trusted or knew at this point.
Her scared eyes locked with Noah's, as though she was silently pleading with him to stay by her side. The moment didn't last long, as the paramedics started to jostle her around and one turned her on right side to check quickly for how badly her left collar bone was puncturing her skin. The pain ripped through Molly's entire body again and she screamed loudly. Her heart started racing and pounding in Molly's ears. She squeezed Noah's hand to try and get through the pain but it was too much for her body to handle. Any normal person would have passed out and Molly appeared to pass out as well.
Except Molly wasn't really passed out. Her power kicked in and suddenly she was watching the whole accident from a distance. Her body was limp on the stretcher and the paramedics were rushing even more now that she was limp. Molly looked down at herself. She couldn't feel any of the pain but her collar bone was sticking through her skin and her leg was twisted and bent in a way that wasn't natural. It didn't hurt but it made it hard to move around. Instead of looking at herself and watching what they were doing to her body, Molly limped over to the other car to see what was going on with the other driver.
No one was dead, luckily, and the woman behind the other wheel was on a stretcher as well. She didn't have any broken bones but they put a neck brace on her for safety measures just in case. Thankfully, there weren't any other passengers and the people behind the other woman had smashed into her car but were perfectly okay. Molly sighed and felt tears run down her cheek. She didn't know whether to say a prayer or apologize.
