Will had to chuckle at that. Lucy had a point. Luna's speech was as adorable as a kitten's whiskers. She was also very intelligent, having started speaking long before either of her brothers had at her age. And just like her mother, Will was certain that Luna's favorite book series was Harry Potter as well. "I get the feeling she's going to do just fine on her O.W.L.s. She's the type who doesn't give up all that easily." And although she wasn't exactly as loony as her namesake, Will has also noticed that she wasn't entirely normal either.
