"Best looking grandma I've ever met." He chuckled quietly. He worried if he made too much noise Chilli would get up and want to wand around. That'd all he need as a distraction a giant puppy running about trying to get his attention and biting at his feet. He needed to look in to finding a dog trainer. Or get some dog training books...or something.
"I'm doing good. It was my day off today, so that was nice. Got some stuff done." Hunter said thinking about what he wanted to say. He didn't want to just talk her ear off and hang up, but he knew that she'd likely be wondering why she called...and then she'd told him to call her if he wanted to go out. He rubbed his face with his hand. He didn't know that he wanted to go out with Natalie. Not because she wasn't a great girl, or smoking hot. Mostly he didn't honestly think she'd find much interest in him. Somebody who was always busy getting together with somebody who would rather sit on the couch and watch TV tended to not be the best of bedfellows. "Just kind of called to talk." Hunter said realizing how stupid that sounded.
