Gabby didn't say anything in response to Seth until she noticed him start inching closer to her. She knew what he wanted to talk about already - she didn't need him to tell her. But why admit that she was in the wrong here? Why admit that she secretly wanted to take the night off and spend it with him? That would be too much. She had already caved and slept with him, let him in close. It was becoming too serious and Gabby couldn't deal with serious relationships like this.
"How do you know that? How do you know that I haven't slept with each of those guys out there? You don't," she challenged. Perhaps by getting him to focus on something trivial, it would get him to think about something other than the main issue at hand. Gabby braced herself against the sink that Seth had trapped her between and stared at him dead in the eye. He wasn't going to win this one if she had any say in it.
"If you don't like my job that's too damn bad. I don't complain your job."
