Nathan was sort of stuck in his happy daze. He didn't notice the confused looks that George and Patrick were sending his way. Even if he had he wouldn't care. His marriage was becoming a real one. After all these years Jen was starting to love him back. He realized he loved her after Natalie was born. Seeing her holding their beautiful baby girl...she had never looked so beautiful or so happy. He remembered how his heart soared at that moment and that was when he knew that he was in love with her. She had turned to meet his eyes and the smile fell and so did his heart...she didn't love him back. But now all of that had changed and he couldn't be happier.
He was pulled from his thoughts when someone said his name. Nathan turned and recognized him...Scott Silverman, one of the new people on the island. He had offered a session for him and his wife, just to see how they were adjusting, not just to the island, but married life as well. He nodded,
"Yes, I'm glad you decided to come tonight. These get togethers are fairly sporadic. Usually gathering when one of us has a crisis. But tonight, it's fairly minor...well on my end. Just I need advice on how to help my daughter move on from her first break up." He took a sip of the whiskey he had brought, "But besides that I'm fantastic. What about yourself? You and your lovely wife have seem to adjusted to the island very well, but how is family life suiting you?"
