Mal took a breath and composed herself. She had been so anxious lately that it was difficult controlling her emotions... or her dreams. At least she wasn't sending the entire island into a dream-frenzy like last time. Or if she was, she had no idea she was doing it. Her hand was clutching part of her shirt over her chest as she felt her heartbeat double-thump in its attempts to normalize. "Well, do you really have to go walking around all sneaky-like and looking like..." She looked Lucy up and down with her nose slightly twitching. "Mrs. Claus?"
She removed her hand from her chest and just straightened some of her hair absently. "Besides, I don't see anybody anymore. This place was crawling with people just a second ago. Where'd they all go?" Not that it mattered but she figured she would actually need to lower her voice if there were others around actually studying. "How long have you been standing there anyway?"
