Not really. Toni's... I've never seen him like this before. He cried all night. He hasn't been eating. It's like he's in a fog

When my dad passed away, I was really young. But my mama said that I used to find his pillow and sleep with it. That might not be so helpful in this case though. I don't even know why I mentioned it

Eventually. Sometimes I still hear Tata crying when she thinks no one is listening This isn't the sort of pain that you take an aspirin for, and it goes away. It lingers, and it never gets better. But it gets easier.

It's probably really hard, but you need to just be there for him. You might not even have to say anything. Just being there will mean a lot to him even if he might not recognize that right away.
