"Well I guess that makes two of us that are shit at cooking then." She laughed for a hot second and then turned to look out the window, composed. "Though I must admit, I'm an amazing baker." There was no beating around the bush and Gabby wasn't about to be modest around a guy - especially Seth.
As she got out of the car and was about to close the door, she stopped and heard him out. She thought maybe he had forgotten something in the car but she chuckled a little at his suggestion. "Cute," Gabby reached down and slipped her heels off her delicate feet. "But not tonight." Maybe later though. It was a pity Seth couldn't actually read her, otherwise Gabby would regret almost every thought she'd had in the past twenty minutes.
Gabby walked past Seth and down onto the beach without waiting for him to catch up. He'd learn in time that she waited for no one and that she was the one in charge, wearing the pants. For now, at least.
