Seth had finally finished grading the stack of assignments that he collected that morning. He always found it kind of hard to grade creative writing assignments. His class was all about freedom of expression and a constant theme in his lessons was that there was no such thing as a wrong answer. So basically most people did extremely well in his class...that is if they showed up or even bothered to hand in the homework. Once again he was missing Jamie Jones's assignment. He groaned knowing he would have to have a stern talking with the boy, he hated that part of his job. Seth had always hated that teacher growing up, he had been quite the delinquent himself, he swore when he decided to teach that he would never be that. However, there were always those occurrences where it was necessary.
Seth glanced through the papers again making sure he graded them all and put down all the proper comments of "encouragement." A smirk settled on his face as he read some of the comments, the boys were the usual, 'Good job, adding some more metaphors would really strengthen this piece.' However, the girls...well...let's just say their was some underlying innuendo. His eyes settled on one of his comments, 'Wonderful piece, I could feel the passion and intensity in your writing, almost like I was within you feeling the fire of your emotions.' Subtle, but it was there. He placed the papers in his desk and grabbed his things preparing to leave for the night.
Seth was just locking up his classroom when he hard a shuffling of paper. He turned and his eyes fell on a beautiful brunette. She seemed to be taking down posters, but what she was doing wasn't what interested Seth. He let his eyes scan over her figure, nice, very nice. He knew that if she was a student there he'd have remembered her. She did seem familiar, maybe a former student? No matter Seth approached the girl and leaned against the wall and said in a smooth tone, "Need some help?"
