Who: Penny and Sean
When: Wednesday afternoon
What: Delivery
Rating: Sooo G
Sean had gone to the photo shop and had some pictures blown up. If Penny didn't have any windows she deserved some. He selected a picture of a waterfall in the forest, a field of wild flowers, a beach at sunset and a glacier floating in an ice field. Then he went down to the hardware store and bought some white moldings for the window frames. He picked some crown moldings for the frame and some 1/2 inch pieces of wood that would be painted white for the cross bars. He also grabbed some plexi-glass and some little z-brackets to hold the plexi-glass in place. In total it took about two hours to get everything assembled.
He looked at the construction and was satisfied. He grabbed two of the sticky-tape lint rollers he had picked up, tied the windows together with bungee chords and slid them into a large canvas bag. He had found one for pictures. It was just a little big. He set out on his skateboard down to the hospital. Once he got there he went to the front desk and asked for Penny's room. Once he got directions he grabbed the windows and started for the elevators. He found the room, knocked lightly on the door and waited. It wouldn't do to wake the girl if she was sleeping.
