Leaning against the counter, Grace sneered a bit at Carter. She could sort of tell that he wasn't being completely honest with her but she wasn't going to push it. She knew that if he had an ulterior motive for their get together today it couldn't have been all bad. Deep down she knew Carter would never do anything to intentionally hurt her and if the worst came it would only make things more awkward for her and Julius for a while. She didn't want that but it was worth a shot. Her sneer turned into a bit of a grin as he changed the subject.
She became intrigued as he started to get whisper-y and secretive. Grace dropped her jaw a bit and laughed from the initial shock of Carter's statement. "Wow..." Grace was stunned for a moment and thought on it for a moment. She wasn't completely surprised that Julius might've thought that though; she and Carter were obviously very close and around each other all of the time. When she heard Julius call from the living room, she snapped back into focus and grinned at Carter, "Well I don't blame you for wanting to try Carter but my feelings lie with someone else." She giggled as she playfully pushed him back and walked to the refrigerator to grab sodas then headed out into the living room again.
Drinks in hand, she walked over to Julius and handed one to him. "For you, sir," she joked with a smile. She placed the drinks down on the coffee table and sat down on the other end of the couch, right at the edge of the seat. Grace brushed her hair back out of her face to behind her ears before looking back to Julius. "I'm glad you decided to watch the movie with us. It used to just be me and Carter, really." She smiled again as she put her hands in her lap. "Have you seen this movie?"
