Penny raised an eyebrow and wondered just how many hints she had to throw at him before he realized he was the star in every one of her crazy fantasies. Of course though, it made sense that he wouldn't consider her in the equation, seeing as how she was just a girl and well, she had been very private about her dreams. Or at least the ones that concerned him really. "I find that a writer is far more attractive than a rock star or someone with a motorcycle. The ability to use your mind to come up with the precise combination of words you do to describe something is probably the sexiest thing about you."
She wasn't sure where that had come from really as she'd never paid him quite a compliment like that, but she was tired of just being that shy girl that didn't have a voice. Sure she was scared out of her wits, but if she didn't take matters into her own hands, it was likely to all slip through her fingers. Slowly, she reached out and fixed a piece of his hair that he had missed when he combed it through with his hands. "I meant mostly Gail since our conversation was anything but pleasant. Please don't be upset."
Her finger lingered over the top of his ear, not wanting to touch it too much in case he didn't actually want to obtain her power. And her heart hammered in her chest so hard that it made her entire body terrible ever so slightly. "Sully, I.... need to know.... what we're doing."
