CSI secure or not, Penny was always ready for everything. Since she couldn't double dose on allergy meds or anything, she simply took her regular dosage and organized a pill box with basic over the counter drugs, one for every possible allergic reaction she and the pharmacists could think of. And of course, it was all in her little bag of tricks, which she made no effort to part with even after she settled into Bast's apartment. The place really was quaint and very Bast-like indeed.
As for the dream, well, all Penny remembered of it was feeling the happiest she had ever felt before in her life though not exactly what was causing that happiness despite waking up with her arms curled protectively around her tummy. "Gerald-a-thon is fine," she said, idly eying the rest of the movies available for watching tonight. She had felt oddly at peace with herself for most of the day and even now, standing in Bast's apartment, knowing the conversation that was looming in the horizon, she still wasn't even the tiniest bit nervous.
"Doth mine eyes deceive me? Is that Errol Flynn's Robin Hood?"
