"Hey now. Down! SIT!" Julius sighed as the dog stop trying to jump on him and laid down on the floor just looking up at him sadly. He'd probably feel bad and have to give them both treats though the other was just looking happy and waiting for the leash. Taking the dogs out was one of his favorite chores as it got him outside and he was big enough that he could walk them rather than them trying to walk him. There had been a few times that it felt like his arms might pop out of their sockets. He could speak from personal experience that it didn't feel all that great to dislocate your shoulder. Then when it came to spraining muscles, breaking bones, and bleeding all over the place, he knew about all of them. A little socket pop could be fixed pretty quickly compared to the time her broke his fibula in two places. Of course he hadn't wanted to "take it easy" and just mess it up all the more. A few pictures of warped limbs from incorrect heals had gotten him to stay in and just watch movies.
He got the leashes on both dogs before making sure the cats weren't going to try an epic escape (or the rabbit... The Hudson house was not a place for people with pet allergies). Mid-afternoon meant he shouldn't have to worry about locking up the house just for the little walk around the block or so. Gabe was still home, though probably "super busy" with whatever the hell it was that Gabriel did. Homework or trying to convince some girl to go out with him. It was kind of hard to say. Carter likely had plenty of his own things to do as well considering Julius hadn't seen him since coming home. Coat on and secure, he pushed the dogs out the door and kept a hold of both with one hand while making sure the door was shut tight.
