She blinked when he kissed her forehead. It wasn't something that he'd done before. She didn't hate it, but it seemed so...romantic. She hadn't known Alfie to be romantic before. She hadn't thought of herself as any kind of girly girl who liked that sort of thing, either. However... she kind of liked what he'd just done. Not that she'd ever admit it. Never. But she wouldn't stop him if he did it again.
The corners of her mouth tugged upward at his impersonation. He always knew just how to make her smile. "Shut up," she laughed, pushing him away from her lightly, but then she followed his lead and sat down next to him. He was right, though. All the lights were off. She hadn't noticed before just how dark it was in the room. "Hmm. What do you want to do? Play video games or something?" She really should have come over with a plan. She almost felt like she was intruding without something to do.
