At the sound of Macy's voice, Noah turned away from her building, his finger lifting off of the buzzer. His expression was white with worry, then confusion. She looked... calm - like nothing was happening. - Was he in a tizzy for nothing? Noah felt the tension in his stomach dissolve or change into something more akin to anger or irritation.
"Seriously?" He asked, a little shortly, as Macy drew closer. Seriously. She looked like she'd just gone out for a walk or something, but otherwise, nothing was golden than oughtn't be. Noah's brows knit together and he jerked his half-cigarette from his pocket and lit it quickly. With a little more volume he repeated himself. "Seriously?"
