WHO: Brace yourselves. Eisen and Rory, and then, by order of appearance: Nick, Wolf, Sarah and (way later on) Lexie. Madness. I know.
WHAT: You knew it was coming. The pwning of badness.
WHEN: Forward dated to 02/15, evening.
WHERE: Eisen's apartment. Shocking, I know.
RATING: High for violence, no doubt.
STATUS: Incomplete.
They’d fallen into something nice. Yeah, it was still a little rough to be cooped up in the apartment like they were, for fear of being murdered. It was like Eisen wore the label of cheater around his neck. The result, though… this beautiful thing he’d fallen into with Rory? It was starting to become clearer and clearer that it was worth it. He couldn’t call the first night he and Rory shared a mistake, because he didn’t honestly feel that way. Since then, while Eisen’s pariah status was firmly in tact and he’d lost quite a few in his circle of friends, he’d gained something more. Rory loved him. It was crazy of Eisen not to have known. Now that he did know, it was just… so obvious. The way Rory looked at him, the way his eyes lit up when they met Eisen’s… he felt foolish for not having seen it. Even more foolish was that he hadn’t even seen it in himself.
He glanced over his shoulder and smiled at his lover, his best friend, his boyfriend, sitting in the living room and cuing up the DVD for their hibernation (which had become an extended version of bad movie night) while Eisen dished out the dinner he’d made. This was, in a way, a celebratory dinner disguised as bad movie night, mostly so they could have it on his couch and snuggle close, rather than sit at the kitchen table. He’d made Rory’s favorite, chicken and broccoli alfredo, and their bad movie night movie was one that they’d been discussing for ages, Mega Shark Versus Giant Octopus and Mega Shark Versus Crocasaurus. A couple movies that they could deliver commentary on and not really pay attention to. Smiling, Eisen brought the plates out and set them on the coffee table. Maybe this side of their relationship was new, but that didn’t mean it wasn’t amazing. Leaning over Rory, Eisen pressed their lips together and smoothed his red hair from his forehead. And I completely missed this for so long… he thought, looking lovingly into his eyes. “Just like it always was, except a little better,” he pointed out, sitting down and grabbing his plate.
