Well, shit. Those were the first two words that ran through her mind when it clicked that this was not some regular beatdown. She knew how Nick fought. Even when he got angry...it never got to this sort of point. Bradbury's face was swollen and bleeding and he was probably unconscious by that point...and still Nick just kept on. Like it was nothing. Sarah was frozen to the spot, not knowing what to do. Rory was begging both her and Wolf to stop Nick, and she honestly couldn't blame him. Eisen had deserved to get his ass kicked, but he didn't deserve to die. And she was more than sure that if nobody stopped her brother, that things would get to that point. "Nick! You need to stop! I swear to God I will hit you so hard your teeth will bleed if you don't stop." She was yelling, she knew that much. She needed to be loud to get through if he really wasn't listening.
Her hand had tightened around the bat and Sarah had been fully prepared to try and physically stop her brother, but before she could move, Rory was moving. Wheeling his chair right in the direction of Nick and ramming him in the back of the knees. Shit! The word ran through her mind, getting even worse as Nick swung his arm back, actually hitting Rory. And not just hitting him...sending him right across the room. Sarah's eyes were wide with shock. The sound of Rory's head hitting the wall was not good at all and it was no surprise to see him falling unconscious.
Her hands tightened around the handle of the bat. Sarah was mad. Not just because of their original intentions, but because Nick wasn't listening and he was doing more damage than what really needed to be done. She didn't even finish thinking about it before she was walking over. Yes, she knew full well that getting near him could have very well ended with her getting smacked across the room too. But it needed to stop. "Let him go!" she yelled. She raised the bat and swung it as hard as she possibly could. There was no way for her to bring herself to hit him in the back of the head. And so the wood of the baseball bat connected solidly with Nick's side.
Sarah could only hope that his fist wouldn't be the next thing she'd see.
