It was a bit odd to see a flower on Gio’s suit, but if she thought hard enough she would know why it was there. But she couldn’t in the state she was in. The expression was on her dolled up features as she reached out and poked at said flower and then tugging at the jacket itself. Something normal for her to do but the slight stumble in her steps was new.
“I knew it. Murdering pigs.” Her eyes narrowed at nothing really while looking throughout the crowd, then back to Gio with a wide smile. The best thing about her lipstick was it didn’t stain her teeth like some brands did. It was a bitch to take off though. Really wasn’t all that surprising that no one said a thing yet about the spiked punch, besides Gio telling her. An adult would have said something to another and a new batch would be shipped in.
His answer and then the question made her look down at her cup, stare at it like it was going to tell her how much she drank already. It wasn’t spiked. She doesn’t even know what feeling drunk felt like. “Um.. You know, I don’t even know.” She snickered after saying that.
“Hold on. Let me test this cup, okay?” With her free hand, she held up a finger toward him while downing what was in the cup. The girl could throw back her liquor if she was old enough for it. But since she wasn’t, tonight was going to be one hell of a ride for her. If the cup was taken from her, she wouldn’t fight for it back. Her body instinctively told her this was the last one she was going to consume.
