A smirk inched its way across Janey's cheek when George sat down next to her. The room seemed to be electrifying suddenly, and Janey had to toss her head back to get some straggling pieces of hair from making her shoulders any warmer than they already were. By the feel of it, George was rather warm as well. It was all Janey could do to keep from looking at her legs and licking her lips. She wasn't sure of this feeling that was coming over her, but she certainly didn't want it to go away.
"Not too bad," she said with a shrug. Sure, her life usually sucked with an ex-boyfriend who likely hated her guts, a sister who wasn't too far behind and a mother whose sole wish in life was for Janey to be the perfect daughter she knew she never could be. At the moment though, Janey couldn't think of any of those things. All she could wonder was how George's lips would feel on hers. "How about you?" she asked, reaching out and tucking some of George's hair behind her ear.
