"Gio?" Rory rolled a little closer and reached out to him again, really not liking the unhappy expression on his face. Granted that Gio had just been talking about some sort of super-empathy on his part, he paid close attention to his own emotions as he did so, although he really didn't feel any different than he normally would've. He was concerned for his brother, but he wasn't sad himself, or confused. Or... whatever Gio was. So that couldn't be it, could it? Except that then Gio mentioned love.
"Oh, are you saying you love Glory?" Rory challenged, smiling. He didn't make him answer the question though, sure that the fact that Rory had said it would make Gio flustered enough without having to actually answer it. So he said, "I don't know, Gio. I don't know if it's love exactly. It's more like... attraction. Chemistry. If there's a spark, I can just... tell." he was quiet for a moment, thinking about this. "You really think that might be a power?"
