Make sure that no one would do something that they'd later regret? Oh...what had he gotten himself into? That question continually ran through his mind even as Tyrell arrived, proclaiming that "The Champ" was there. "The Champ" and "MC Tibbits"? The nicknames were a little lost on him, to be sure. Tetsuo just wasn't the type for the nickname thing. He wasn't the type for a lot of things, actually. Still, he tried not to act as out of place as he felt. Ty had brought tequila and cigars to add to the mix of beer (both American and Canadian) and scotch. Lovely.
Perhaps his agenda was a little bare, but he wasn't used to those sorts of things. He didn't really know what it is that you did. Thankfully the suggestion of poker had been made. That wasn't so bad. Tetsuo did know how to play poker. He knew how to play quite a few card games, if simply for the sake of knowing how to play.
"Poker is not so difficult, really. I say we should play, but that's just my opinion."
