Wow. This whole having powers thing was obviously way more complicated than Glory thought. Not that Glory had any impression that having powers wasn't complicated. There was just nothing simple about it, at least as far as she could tell. Sasha had to practice just to make sure that awful things didn't happen, and she had to practice every day. What kind of a responsibility was that to put on a kid? It was kind of a neat thing to practice with, but it was still one more thing to have to deal with, at least as far as Glory could tell.
"I don't know," Glory answered honestly, although she flinched at the words. "And that's the worst part! I hate that I don't know things. It's like... it's like I want to know everything you know? That sounds crazy. But that's how it is. I... I want to look inside things and see how they work. That's why Gio gave me a book on dissection. He knew I thought it'd be cool."
