Ah yes. That was Bacchus Face all right. Lulu never liked to see Bacchus Face. It always corresponded with a very particular brand of hell for Kenzie that Lulu, much to her frustration, could never quite do anything about. "Huh. The man might have some shred of a soul. Although it's probably just a fluke." She hugged Kenzie tightly for a few long moments before pulling away just a bit to press a light kiss on her lips. "But the day's done and the demon is satisfied, at least for now. And in the meantime, a girl's gotta eat. Come sit down."
Lulu ushered Kenzie into the kitchen and pointed to her chair, where a steaming plate of pasta and sauce awaited her. Lulu herself had eaten a glorified snack for dinner so she could sit and nibble on something with her wife, so she had a plateful, too. Before sitting down, she poured Kenzie a dram of scotch and said, "So. Venting time begins now. Details." A little smirk played around the corners of her lips. "And then I've got some Lily-gossip to fill you in on."
