Mari nodded happily. She loved talking about her family and the things she had done. "Oh yes, it was fun putting together all the food and seeing people you don't usually see throughout the year because you're so busy. I hope you enjoyed yourself for the time you were there, and thank you for coming. I was very happy to see you." She hoisted her purse up higher on her shoulder and leaned on her right hip.
"I'm glad you had a good holiday too with your family. I can't imagine what it must be like to have so many brothers. I've only ever had Sasha, and well, she's enough for me." She smiled and then chewed on her lip. Her thoughts returned to what they were supposed to be talking about here today. "Is anyone else home?"
