Eisen on the other hand was always the first to start a snowball fight. His aim wasn’t particularly good, of course, and half the time when he tossed a snowball, it whiffed over Lexie’s head and found its way to the ground behind her. That didn’t change that this was the most fun he’d had in ages. They were both laughing, enjoying tossing the fluffy white powder at one another for a few minutes. He watched Lexie pack a piece of snow together a little tighter than she had the others and was fully prepared for it to hit him in the arm, but he planned to dodge it nonetheless, just to be a little show-offy. Of course, that was probably the worst thing he could have possibly done.
Poof! Right in the face.
Eisen, of course, didn’t care. Not really. He was laughing as he wiped the snow from his eyes and off of his cheeks, but only when he wiped some off his lips did he notice that something was wrong. The snow was red. Blood red. He raised his fingers to his lips and touched where the snow had impacted, chuckling when he looked up at her. “Nice shot, Lex!”
