Visionaries. Right. Eisen chuckled softly and got comfortable on the couch again, listening to Rory as he continued to muse on their badass superhero alter egos. “Isn’t misusing English a crime in your book, though?” Eisen chuckled and shrugged. “So, we’d totally be fighting crime. Without being emo kids like Batman or anything,” he mused. “As for you…we can call you…the Grammarian. The Grammarian and the Linguisticator. Let the uneducated beware,” he half-smiled, grabbing the remote and starting the DVD so that they could continue to talk through the previews.
“I know,” he nodded when Rory warned him to be careful. “But I really don’t care. I mean, yeah, it’s stupid that the only way people feel good is to cut her down, but there’s not much that can be found on me. Besides that, I don’t even think she sees this that way. And it’s going to take a long time before I feel right about making any sort of move to get her attention. A lot will probably happen between now and then…” Eisen did know Rory’s feeling on everyone’s favorite blog. As a matter of fact, he shared it. He didn’t, however, share his friend’s optimistic thought that she was gone for good. Not much had really happened lately, as far as he knew, anyway, so he was sure that she’d be back in full force sooner than later.
