Since his job took all of thirty seconds, Francis was free to oversee Dietre's just as simple task. Thankfully, he was getting through it fine, so Francis left the counter briefly to gather things needed to create soup.
"Who?" he asked, while reaching high in a cabinet for a strainer and a large mixing bowl. He recalled a handful of girls commenting on Dietre's cat entry, a couple of whom the kid seemed friendly with. One was Gloriana Bennett, but the others didn't come to mind. Francis couldn't recall what any of the conversations were about – other than they were about Breve, but that was obvious.
And, he didn't really care, but at the same time he didn't exactly mind talking about it. It wasn't like he had any more pressing topics to get out in the open. Besides, Francis had the feeling Dietre was referencing what happened with his parents, so maybe he could glean some more clues by reading between the lines.
