She had to wash down the tables, put up the chairs, and sweep and mop the floor while someone else took out the trashes and washed the dishes, the third bartender would pick up the bar area and wipe it down while the owner did the nightly paperwork and deposited the money. It was like clockwork, and didn't take too long after they kicked everyone out.
