Macy smiled when he wrapped the towel around her. "Oh, thanks," she said, reaching up to told onto it so it wouldn't fall off. "The breeze is a little chilly."
She bit her lip and nodded. His comment about seeing friends and going on dates made her feel a little uncomfortable. She hadn't been on a date since Noah. "Yeah mostly I'm just going to use my nights off to visit the kids I used to babysit. One of them is going through some things, I guess, so I want to spend some time with him and make sure he's okay. He's actually moving on to the highschool next year, so you'll see him. His name is Alfie. Make sure you're nice to him, okay?" She smiled and kind of giggled a little before looking out at the water. After checking that everyone was still alive and swimming happily, she looked back at Seth.
She had completely missed the Kristy thing. "Yeah, sometimes things just hit. I'm like that. I've been doing more reading than writing lately, though. My brain is usually fried after working all day."
