Boo on Luke. How boring! She thought there might be something interesting to be told, but it seemed that Luke had nothing more to say on the matter. If it had been her, she just would've made sure not to get caught in the first place. Then again, as far as she knew, Luke didn't have the ability to create fire on a whim and lob it at stuff like she had taught herself. She often wondered if other people could do stuff like that too, but she never dared brought it up. Her parents couldn't even handle her sexuality, so who knows what they would think if they knew she could set shit on fire with her mind. She had debated telling her little sister before, but didn't want to risk freaking her out.
All she did was nod, then went back to that flat tone of voice again as she said, "Okay... Just wondering." She sighed ever so slightly, thought for a moment, then continued, "Hey. Wanna sing Dust In The Wind next? I love that song!" Not quite as optimistic as their last selection, but she thought the harmonies were too beautiful not to at least attempt it.
