Who Sid and Josie
What A chat about money
Where Josie's apartment
When A time when Dale was about six years old
Rating Low, prolly
She had sent him a letter. Usually he just sent the money and he hoped that it was put to good use. No, he knew it was. He trusted her that much. He knew she was a good mother to that little boy. His nephew. His brother's son. Ward's son. But this time the check had been returned with a note saying thanks, but she wouldn't be needing his help anymore.
Well, what the fuck.
Why didn't she need money? Everyone needed money. It was the least he could do. It ws all he could do. It wasn't even his kid, but what was Ward going to do to help? It wasn't like Josie was really advertizing the true parentage of her boy. Everything Sid had done was discrete. For everyone's sake. But now. Well, something wasn't sitting right. Who the fuck sends letters anymore? So he was cutting the crap. It was time for action. He had always been curious by nature. He couldn't help it.
He knew the address by heart. For the first time ever he was going to knock on the door. Knock on the door and give her the money in person. He didn't care what she did with it, but she was going to take it. He knocked on the door and waited.
