Only people that weren't all that familiar with magic would call it weird. Noah could talk for hours about the simplest spell, but he was definitely sure if Ryan wouldn't listen to Dr. Strange, there was no way that he was going to listen to Noah.
"Thanks," Noah said, rather noncommittal. He wasn't about to glow with the compliment because Ryan didn't know exactly how good he was since the years they've been apart. A muttered phrase from his lips brought a glow to the shelves that had been left open for him, showing him the way. He could have done that from the start, but where would have been the lukewarm greeting? "Guess that's where I'm supposed to put them. Thanks for showing me in, Ryan."
