It's not a theme I would have thought of tackling, and, after last Saturday's Dr Who -

DON'T BLINK!
*g* I know a lot of people wouldn't have thought of it but I have a secret love of cemeteries. Especially the older ones.

And now I'm curious since I don't watch Dr. Who, what's up with the blinking?
The plot centred around a group of aliens who were turned to stone if you looked at them. If you turned away, or blinked, they came at you. The original warning to the 'heroine' of Saturday's story, was 'Beware the weeping angel. Don't blink. Don't turn away. And don't blink!
Now that's an interesting story line. Wonder how long until someone uses it in a story? :)
It'd make a good BtVS plot line, but it wouldn't be an original idea. When the episode goes up, you can watch it here - it's episode 10, Season 3 (even though we're on season .... lots in the UK, the numbering has started from when it was 'revived').

Don't worry about watching on the site, it's hosted in Sweden where it's not illegal to download stuff. I'm watching Season 3 Lost at the moment because I was one of the cable customers who lost access to it when Sky 1 and VirginMedia had their little spat. It's quite funny, all the Lost episodes come with subtitles. Mostly they're in French, but I have watched one episode with Chinese subtitles.
Thanks for the link. I'm going to check it out when I get a spare moment. :)
The Weeping Angel episode (10) is up. I wonder if anyone has capped it yet?
These seem sad, and very solemn.

I'm taking #20 & 32; I'll be sure to credit. Thank you.
You're welcome. I'm glad you found something you liked. Enjoy. :)
I'm taking only #12 even though these all are really beautiful. Will credit, of course.
Thank you. :)
Could you tell me where the first photo (which you used in #1 and #2) is from? What kind of cemetery? Which country?

They are all very beautiful. I like cemeteries, too and like to visit them. Maybe I will take #1, it's beautiful in its simplicity.
All of the photos I used for these icons were taken from the Stock.xchng website linked in my post.

I don't know where the cemetery is but if you look it up on the website sometimes the photographers list that type of information.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I'm glad you liked the icons. :)
I don't know why I didn't see your info about Stock.xchng in your original post. Sorry for asking again and thanks for answering. :)
You're welcome. It's easy to overlook these things and there's no harm in asking. :)
