Note: Exactly 100 words. I started to expand it first but didn't like the result; hope the requester doesn't mind the drabble-form.

"M'lady, let me introduce you to my third son." Elrond rested his right hand on Aragorn's shoulder. "Estel, this is the Lady Galadriel."

She had arrived just a few hours ago, followed by proud and pale archers and the dark sons of Elrond. The lady tilted her head to look at the young human. "Nice to meet you," she said. Her words were warm and her smile lit up her whole face.

"Nice to meet you, Lady Galadriel," he replied. Then, because his heart was still light, he asked, "Can I call you grandmother?"

"Of course!" she answered and laughed in delight.
