Each prompt can be selected four times. Twice for fic, twice for art. They are due the day they are listed under. The prompt stays available to be picked until the day before it's due. For example, if you want a prompt on the 11th, you have until the 10th to claim it.

Please make sure to include what day it's in. Makes it ever so much easier to mark on the main list.
