Being stuck in one building was starting to get to Bonnie. She was used to walking in the forests around Mystic Falls or taking her bike out. Despite the confinement she was determined to keep fit, because she never quite knew when she was going to need to run away from something, even if the only weird thing to show up in the hotel (apart from Enzo) were a bunch of sweet treats. Bonnie was suspicious of them immediately. Especially when trays of cupcakes and bowls of candy started appearing in the gym. Even if she hadn't been intent on her work-outs she wouldn't have touched them. A sixth sense just told her they were wrong, though she couldn't decide why.
After her work-out she cooled off with a few laps of the pool before heading back to her room for a shower. When she walked into the room she shared with Enzo she had a towel around her hair and another tucked around her swim suit, her gym clothes tucked under her arm. She hadn't expected Enzo to be there, but there he was, lounging around on the bed with a drink in one hand and a bowl of candy on his chest.
Bonnie stopped dead and starred at her roommate. "If you've gotten crumbs in our bed, there's going to be hell to pay," she said with a shake of her head. "And you're totally laundering the sheets after your binge too!" She headed for the bathroom, tossing her clothes and towels into the laundry hamper, "just looking at all that candy makes me feel sticky. I need a shower more than ever," she muttered as she headed to the bathroom to wash her hair and rinse off.
