Who: Merton Dingle and Open to All
Place/Time: Sunday Afternoon, outside of the apartment buildings
Rating: PG for now

Merton stood with a camera, taking pictures around the yard. It was his way of investigating the world and trying to keep his mind from going over the fact that he was completely alone. He'd been out there for a good our before sitting down near one of the trees to take a break.

Logan walked around outside, feeling the cool air and enjoying a cigar. He hated being couped up in that apartment complex, it felt like a prison. It was then he noticed some Goth looking kid sitting near a tree, taking pictures. He didn't know why, but he kinda felt sorry for the kid, like he had felt sorry for that pie-maker guy back in quarantine. What the hell, he'd go over and talk to him. "See anything interesting, kid?"

	"You ok, kid? Ya look like your on edge or something. I'm not gonna hurt ya or anything." Logan sat back and had another long puff from his cigar. "So what's your story? What do you do? 	Lucy had been walking around. She was tired of being alone and she afraid to contact the Collins family because she doubted anyone would believe she was the same person who disappeared in 1925. Lucy shook his hand "I am Lucero Collins. I Prefer Lucy." she smiled "Pleasure to meet you both." she said "How long have you been here?" she said.

She wasn't sure how to act around them. But at least it was better than sitting alone her little apartment staring at the walls "I am so glad it's no longer frowned upon for women to wear pants. To be wholey honest in the time I was taken from people treated me like an outcast because the dresses bothered me." she sighed "Nice to meet you Logan." she never understood how she could be a werewolf but not change during the full moon.

Then of course that kind of explained Daddy's strangeness when it came to her dating.

"Wear pants? Darlin, how long have you been gone? Must've been quite a while if people were gettin all riled up about something like that. So you must've been taken, what, early to mid 20's or something, right?"

Logan found himself somewhat drawn to Lucy. She was pretty enough, for sure. And yet, at the same time there was something about her scent that was all wrong. It was a kind of scent he'd never smelled before, but it reminded him of the wild, especially of wolves.

Then again, he told himself, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if my senses were off. They hadn't been working quite like he remembered them, especially after they started giving everyone those shots...

"So, uh, I was just asking Merton, figured I'd ask you the same, seems we're all here because we're somehow special. What makes you special?"

Lucy "A CVouple days before i was taken i got my father to admit the reason her kept scaring men off from dating me was because he was a werewolf. The way he explained it is, the curse only effects male descendants. but i carry the gene." she paused "I am also Psychic. So i can't figure out which reason they took me for." she looked at him "I was taken in 1925. Good guess."

	Merton gulped. He hadn't been able to talk yet. Logan intimidated him and then a girl showed up, so his courage was shot at first. "Merton J. Dingle. Werewolf, huh?" Merton obviously believed her. His best friend, Tommy, was a werewolf. "One of my good friends is...was one," he said sadly, not knowing anything about Tommy anymore. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Lucy "Nice to meet you Merton. I know it's depressing not knowing what happened to our friends and family. Actually i never had any friends in Collinsport. It sucks being hte descendants of the man who founded a town. People hated me for being a Collins."

She paused and sat next to Merton "If you want, I could be your friend." she said with a smile. Then she took his hand "I am not going to hurt you." she really needed a friend as well.

Lucy "I didn't really like my psychic abilities before they were enhanced I can sense and hear ghosts." she sighed "The night of my 18th Birthday I was possessed by the ghost of a woman killed in the mansion. They had hard time getting hte ghost out without it resulting in my death." she said

She smiled at him "As long as I Never go back to Collinwood I'll be fine. Every generation of my family has killed someone and buried them in that house. Almost every generation." she said

	This girl was making Merton very, very nervous. It wasn't a new thing though. He was nervous about a lot of things. "Yeah...wouldn't go back there either. Glad you like them now. Ghosts, huh? She smiled at him "I said too much didn't I. Dad always told me i had a tendnency to tell people too much." she didn't really like being able to hear ghosts but at least in this place there weren't any angry spirits.

She looked at him "I don't mean to make you Nervous it;s just sometimes when I get started talking I have no reasonable cut off point. My mother used to tease me about being on crack because I wouldn't shut up at times." she said

	Logan puffed on his cigar and listened to the chatter for a time "That'd be a handy power to have during a poker game, I guess. I don't have any neat power kids, well except that I heal fast. 	Merton shivered. That was startling, even after the things he had seen. Merton's powers hadn't really worked yet. He thought he used it once, but he had since convinced himself he was crazy. Lucy smiled "My Dad was afraid of having children. He didn't want to have any sons because the werewolf curse only effects male decendants of his line. He tended to scare of any guys i took to Collinwood because he feared i'd get married and have a son." she sighed "as aggrivating as he was. I am sure he was sad when Mum died. The public record says she died 7 years after I was taken."

She sighed "I live Alone not too far from here. Because I am waiting to see if there are any other returnees from my time period." she said

Lucy "Everything in it's own time." she said "It's easier to relax without Logan sitting here. he makes me nervous and he smells like cigars. The Only Person I ever new with a habit with my dad. he would drink a glass of brandy everynight while listening to the same song on his gramophone." she sighed "Whenever he was partocularly moody he would lock himself in his room and play that song over and over again. the family started calling it Quentin's Theme."
