For some reason or another, Ari was being insufferable this week. If he had been a girl, Shelly would have known that menstrual hormones were making her crazy. But Ari was a boy, and even with puberty in full steam, that didn't explain why her son has suddenly and completely embraced his demon tendencies. Every other word was back talk, everything he said horrible or rude. And she had had enough. Money was stressing her out, her son was, even Noah seemed to be in a funk and it was making the house impossible. Shelly had been hiding on her front porch drinking iced tea when she had seen Adam drive by in the patrol car, and that was when it all clicked. She couldn't remember the last time she'd had any action, and Adam made her feel safe, and cared for. He made her feel like a lady, and in the moment the lady wanted a good, hard fuck.
Leaving money for the boys to feed themselves, Shelly walked to Adam's house in her sneakers, her faded and threadbare tee shirt and a pair of well fitting jeans that she'd owned so long they practically stayed the shape of her body when she took them off. There was no need to dress up for this date, no need to impress. She wasn't going to be wearing it long anyway.
Her knuckle rapped quickly on the door once, twice, impatient for Adam to open it and when he did, he didn't get a greeting, or a friendly smile. He got a firm hand on his chest to push him into the house, his front door slammed behind Shelly as she stepped inside, and a few buttons popped off his uniform shirt as she ripped it open, followed by a rough and demanding kiss on the mouth.

Who: Hope and Wesley

What: Wesley's injured himself.

So far, working here at the clinic in Sanctuary Hills was fairly boring. Hope had had very few people come by in need of medical care, though that was typical when it came to working with supernaturals. They weren't injured often, didn't often need care, but when they did, it was nearly impossible for them to get it because of what they were. That's why she was here, why she had chosen to take this job, so that she could help those people when they needed it.
The one plus side that there was to all of this was that Hope had plenty of time to do research. She was working on several different projects, utilizing her background in biology, that could make the lives of those she served better. The laboratory that was located in the clinic was pretty state-of-the-art, in fact, and she rather enjoyed spending her free time there. This was where she was when she heard the sound of the bell that hung over the top of the front door. Since this was a small clinic, there was typically only one person there at a time, so the bell was helpful in knowing when someone had dropped by.
"Coming," she called out, closing the lid to the hood she had been working under before walking over to the trash to tug off and dispose of her gloves. Moments later, her kitten heels were clicking down the hallway to the front lobby to greet her latest patient.

Much like the usual Reznick house party, the whole of the house had pretty much been turned into a den of debauchery complete with multiple kegs, a ton of liquor, and enough pizza to feed an army. There were plenty of drugs at the ready and no one was trying to hide the fact that they were doing them. And if you wanted to use one of the bedrooms, it was probably a good idea to knock as there were all manner of naughty things going down in pretty much any room of the house where a couple (or sometimes more than a couple) could find a bit of privacy. As the weather was permitting, the pool had been prepped for the party as well. There was a bar set up outside, a ton of different pool toys floating about, and fairy lights strung up all around so that people could see.

On Monday, May 26th, the Sanctuary Hills Tenant Association will sponsor a community cookout to be held at the Community Center in the outdoor recreation area. The festivities will begin at 5pm and will continue until well into the night so that all Sanctuary Hills' residents can attend. This event will include tons of food to suit a variety of tastes and a variety of games, including but not limited to horseshoes, badminton, a three-legged race, and more. There will even be bouncy castles for the kids and a mud pit!
So come on out and join the fun! This is a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors. Guests of tenants and staff are also invited to attend.
