I know it's been wicked quiet, and I am just coming off of a week of horrible family drama that made me just want to crawl into a hole...but if anyone wants to do new threads, I am here. I have some existing ones I would still like to tag today, as well.

Would anyone be interested in roleplaying/plotting with Wanda? Probably not right now, I'd probably need a bit of time to work up to it, but I'm just really unsure if I ought to be keeping Wanda around because I'm just not sure if the kinds of things I want to do with Wanda really fit this game and its players at this point. Not sure either way, really.

I'm looking for something plotty (or involving worldbuilding) -- and when I say plotty I probably mean threading but really I don't mind working something out and summarizing the action or playing through any major dilemmas in journals. I want Wanda to be doing more ICly, committing to more, dealing with things that matter to her right now in an immediate sense.

I'm going to rule out anything directly war or resistance related (unless something major changes, I feel like I've reached the limit on these things), and unless it involves using the force in a very 'in the moment' sort of way (sensory experience, not theory), probably not the force.

But I do have some ideas!

Anyway, I am genuinely asking if there is any potential interest (now or in the future) from anyone else in getting involved in these specific sorts of plot with Wanda. If this sort of thing isn't of interest, no big deal, I don't mind dropping a character who isn't quite right for a game any more (I have another in the pipeline, though there's always the chance that she won't make it in or work out for whatever reason, but *shrug* if it's not meant to be then it's been a good run here :) ).

I guess what I'm saying is I'm not sure about Wanda, there are things I think I could get excited about, but this isn't really a 'please help me save Wanda' post, it's a genuine exploration of what the best thing to do with Wanda might be, so please don't go out of your way to try to come up with things unless something really genuinely hits your interest. Thanks!

Hey, all, I am back from hiatus. I really need some new threads/posts to get me going again, as it's been a rough couple of weeks. Please hit me up for anything, at all, for my peeps. I have to take a hopefully short hiatus, which I really should have started last week but I was trying to wrap threads for people. I have several things going wrong over here that need my full attention, so I may even be posting here and there, but please understand if I don't reply right away. Hey guys! Em here, bringing you John Reese from Person of Interest. He's coming from the series finale, so he's gonna be a little bit banged up to start with, but will probably start looking to join the Resistance before too long. If you don't know John, you can read more about him here, but the short version is: Army --> CIA --> presumed dead --> privately funded hero/vigilante type. So, he's good with guns and punching people. Reese also isn't his real last name, but he likes it enough to stick with it.

Also, just as a heads up, I'm going to be out of town July 9-17ish. I'll be 100% off grid for the first half, and might have some availability later on (for sure on the 16th), so plot accordingly? This will impact John here, as well as Darth Bel'lah (lordwrath, who's just announced for the First Order) and River Tam (zhisi_meimei, who's kicking it with Selene's crew on the Banshee).

Hello all!

I will be away for a few days, from tomorrow to Monday, as I'm visiting my sister and... a Springsteen concert. :) Then I'll be back for the rest of the week and I'll be away again from the 11th to the 18th of July.
Please don't kick me, it's just summer time and my only chance to travel, so I'm visiting a little bit of Europe, I'll attend (fingers crossed!) an event with Mr. Nicholas Hoult himself and then at last I'll have more time for rp. :D From the 20ish of July I shouldn't be taking more hiatuses, I promise! :D

I'm finally getting around to updating Sara to the end of season one of Legends of Tomorrow.

As a quick heads up, I'm going to start using Kurama's "alter ego," which isn't so much an alter ego as a physical form he hasn't revealed to anyone in the game, yet. Kurama's going to behave as though this is an entirely different being, though it's not. For the sake of simplicity, I'm going to label threads with this alter ego as being posted by Youko, with the idea that Kurama's not going to admit to being one and the same. The end goal here is for him to be able to pass himself off as two different people with two different moral compasses so he can keep an eye on the seedy side of life for intelligence purposes.

He will not carry intelligence from the bad guys to the good guys without permission of the bad guy's player. Unless you tell me he's allowed to share your character's secrets with the opposition, he won't do it.

Hi everyone! I'm new and am bringing in Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon, the Lion Cub of Cintra, Pincess of Inis Ard Akellig and Inis An Skellig, Princess of Brugge and Duchess of Sodden, Suzerain of Attre and Abb Yarra, and the Lady of Space and Time. Please just call her Ciri.

Coming from the Witcher Saga, Ciri is a classic tale of running away from her noble birth. She also inherited a magical gene that lets her hop through space and time. Because of all this, she's been hunted by people from multiple dimensions for multiple reasons. Let a girl live, please.

Ciri has a habit of being headstrong and occasionally petulant. She's a trained killer who is used to fighting for her life (with the scars to show for it), so she has a habit of not really getting close to many people. This isn't Cirilla's first rodeo in another planet, so she won't be super shell-shocked by all of it. I think she'll consider it another leg on her trans-dimensional journey. Lightsabers are definitely going to pique her interest, though.

So I'm torn between bringing in a second charie, which so far will either be Beetlejuice, or Red Guy from DHMIS. Thoughts? Opinions?

Only throwing this up here since it is so much later then when it first started so don't know if people are still looking at new comments.

Very minor, but I changed my PB to Gal Gadot, because I couldn't pass up the good Wondy icons (and my former PB was too model-oriented).

Just a head's up that I'm not going to be around as much for the next couple of weeks, until probably the 24th. I'll keep going with any conversations that are already started, but won't be reading the game, so obviously not replying to anything new. ICly, Wanda's going to find that the holonet doesn't work so well from her home colony and be too busy otherwise to mess with flaky connections.
