Re: Ron & Charlie
Charlie stood there for a moment. Since Ron had been born, people always knew what he was thinking. His little brother couldn't hide his emotions. Sometimes they took the better of him and he said stupid things, but at least you always knew where you stood with him. Right now, Ron was acting as closed off as Charlie had ever seen him.
"Mum can deal with whatever she needs to do. Or she'll tell people what she needs them to do." He didn't doubt that his mother was affected, but she had buried her own brothers long ago and after Fred, Charlie didn't think that any death would affect her, or most of his family, as hard. Harry was the exception when it came to Ron.
"If you get tired of the firewhiskey, you can always talk, or cry, or yell," he said with a shrug. "He was your best friend since you were children. It's all right to feel all of those things, and no one is going to blame you for... for whatever you want to do or say."
