He pulled a ten out of his wallet and set it on the counter, picking up his drink to go over to his usual booth before she could bother making change. "Wait until Monday and see your physician first thing. She'll test to see what type of infection, if any, that you may have and give you an antibiotic."
Arms full, Gil left his briefcase behind and slid into the booth once he set the drink on the tabletop. He was sure he'd get it back one way or another, plus it didn't hurt to give Nana an excuse. "The over-the-counter medicines will probably not help, it does not sound like yeast. Call us back if you have a fever or have any more symptoms. All-right, take care."
