Who; Katrina and Abigail When; Today, just after lunch. Where; Downtown Innovo Summary; Abigail needs a new dress for the Loyola preview Rating/Warnings; PG to be safe
Abigail had never met Katrina in person. Their online interactions had mostly been one-sided; but then again, most of Abigail's human interactions were one-sided. Katrina, Abby realized, had enough personality and enough to talk about for the both of them, and she could get away with short answers. This was a plus and something Abigail normally tried to hide behind in new social situations. She hadn't even planned on inviting anyone to go shopping with her, but Katrina seemed nice, at least, and she had kind of hinted that she wanted to go. At least Abby thought it was a hint -- oh god, if she could have gotten away with not asking anyone to come she was going to be upset.
Punctuality was a strong point, and it often bordered on being too early. The latter happened today. Abigail arrived at Box Roxie almost a half-hour early and started rifling through dresses on the racks. The store wasn't really a normal haunt for the woman; she preferred a more classical, modest look and her store of preference was on the other side of town. But for an outfit for an event like the Loyola preview, she needed something... well, something chic. Something to compliment her figure. Abby blushed a little thinking about what Eddie might think. She blushed at almost everything. She had pulled out a few dresses and was surveying them when the door to the shop opened with a light tinkle of bells.
