Olivia listened to the music in the background, inaudible but the beat was catchy. She was intrigued as to what it was. She could tell it was punk of some sort but she couldn't tell who was singing. She tapped her fingers on her knee, her head bobbing slightly, her eyes watching out the window at the buildings passing by in blurs of different colors.
She let out a laugh and shook her head. "Yeah, I find missing school hard to imagine. But, the real world seems scary. Out of school and on your own for good..." Olivia said and trailed off, thinking of Aaron. He was on his own for good and he'd told her that so far his week had been crap. She felt bad for having fun and leaving him in his own little...crappy world.
"I'm sorry." she said softly and gave him an apologetic look. Olivia disliked it when her friends were in a down mood, or when they were scared and overloaded with things to do.
"My major? Um..." she started and laughed a little. Her cheeks grew pink with embarrassment and her ears got hot. She never really liked telling people about her major. It wasn't exciting. "I actually want to be a therapist...like for kids if their parents are going through a divorce or something like that." she explained and nodded slowly. "Kind of boring," she added in quickly and laughed softly, looking down at her lap.
