it's been a tough few weeks for all of us....i propose that next training session we take some time to do some stress-management activities like mindfulness exercises or yoga to practice self-care and self-compassion. 🙏 that is my bday goal for 29. to be kinder to myself!! but i think we can all afford 2 stop beating ourselves up over things that have happened in the past and instead focus on the present and future. 🌅
