"Well, will you stay with me?" she boldly asked with a sheepish smile. "I still have to owl my parents about my plans, but that shouldn't be a problem. I hope."
On impulse, Tracey arched her back when she felt his fingers trail up and down her spine. It was a bit ticklish, and it showed on her contorting face, as well as the way her body twitched. However, it was obviously she didn't want him to stop. Granted it was tickling her, it felt good to be under his touch; almost like a cat being petted, and all that was lacking was her purring.
"I thought so. I'd like that; to save us from the rain, of course," she grinned at his answer being the Astronomy tower. Well, he didn't say it explicitly, but it was clear that it was where he meant. Yes, they had Astronomy class together for years, and she did quite notice him a few times, thinking how studious he was, but then again, so were a lot of the Ravenclaws. Oftentimes, she spent half of the class trying to stay awake when they would be at the tower, having bad cases of narcolepsy.
Her grin slowly faded away and was replaced with a sigh. She and Stephen had been enjoying their time together in school that thoughts of what everyone would think was temporarily left forgotten in her mind. "I don't know," came her lame reply. "The war is over and You Know Who is gone, so I don't know why it - blood purity and all that," she waved her hand dumbly in the air with a roll of her eyes, "still matters. It's ridiculous and unfair." She frowned, lowering her head and casting her gaze to the ground.
"I guess the stigma doesn't go away easily," she muttered disappointingly.
