Who: Caz Rosier and Dominic Harper. When: August 15th, late morning. Where: Caz's shop. Knockturn Alley. What: Caz takes an interest in the way Dominic thinks. A new connection is made. Rating: Low.
Progress was being made, slowly but surely. Caz was not planning to rush into things - that would be foolish. Right now he was making connections in all the right places, sending out feelers and planning. So much planning.
When he had read the words written by Dominic Harper, he had been intrigued. There were surely others who were in favour of what the Death Eaters had done, or had tried to do, but most were turning their bellies up now that their leader had fallen. That someone would still favour those ideas, well. That was useful.
Caz Rosier was in his potions shop, where he very often was. The place was lined with tall shelves, filled with bottles of various shapes, sizes and colours, all with little symbols etched into the glass, symbols he used to designate each potion. The potions ranged from the ordinary to the obscure, from the banal to the nearly-illegal-but-not-quite (the completely illegal he sold on the sly in ways not attached directly to his shop). He was behind the counter and working on the notations for a potion he was perfecting, when the door opened. Dark eyes raised to watch the individual walk in.
He recognized him from Hogwarts. They had not known each other, but knew who the other was. Their parents had known one another, after all, and Caz was observant and good at remembering names and faces. "Dominic Harper," he said in his voice that was always so calm. "Hello."
