Who: Gwendolyn Montgomery and Pansy Parkinson When: Tuesday, 7 August, 1998 Where: Pansy's home What: Dinner and then entertainment Rating: NC17
Things had been a little tense for Gwen the last few days. Given what had happened during the sleepover, Gwen had been a little worried that the morning would have meant trouble, even an end to their friendship. Neither girl had talked about it, or even hinted at what had happened, and Gwen had been happy to let the subject drop. At the very least she didn't need Pansy going around trying to tell people what she'd been up to.
Still, she hadn't really been able to help herself in her journal as she'd spoken to Pansy. It was under hexes and she could still completely deny anything, but it had been another risk. Even so, the owl that arrived inviting her for dinner a few hours later had been received with both excitement and relief. At the very least Pansy hadn't completely dismissed her, and thankfully seemed quite happy to see her again.
Having spent most of her afternoon getting ready, Gwendolyn had tried on at least half a dozen outfit before finally settling on a beige dress. It was cute, stylish without being too date-like. She wasn't really sure how this dinner would go. Although Pansy had suggested she spend the evening it was still quite possible that she intended n making a friendly gesture, making sure that Gwen understood that she just wasn't like that. Still, she held out hope that it wouldn't be like that and the night would end in her bed, this time. Finally ready, Gwendolyn headed out of the Montgomery home, making sure to tell her parents that she was off to see Pansy before disapparating, arriving at her front door moments later.
